Go to the System: Fieron in The Sphere galaxy, then to the settlement named : Jerris Outpost.
Then go to the "Guild Office". From there find your guild on the guild list. (The guild you are in will appear green on the list.) Click the "View Guild" button then the "Leave Guild" button.
