I created an account but have not recived an email yet?

When you created your account the creation process will have asked you for a valid email address. All emails from Core-Exiles other than Official CE store emails will be sent to this address.

If you have not yet received your email we suggest you check your spam folder or junk email folder in your respective mail client. If using hotmail or any other free email service always check there first.

You can alternately contact a staff member through the Live Help system (There is a Live Help option on the main http://core-exiles.com web site top left). They will verify a few details with you and confirm that your email has been sent.

They can also reset your password for you if you so wish but you will be required to answer some security checks first.

You can of course contact us at accounts@core-exiles.com should you find a staff member is not available to help. Please ensure you give us your captains name and the email address you entered.
