What are Data Chip Fragment(s). ?

Data Chip Fragments (DCFs) find their main use in the making of Superior Head Implants (details found in the CE Data Repository, under the Implants category).

You need to gather the whole set of 50 DCFs and take them to a certain NPC to have them turned into 5 Data Chips(DCs), which you must then take to another NPC, along with a special form of payment, to get your Superior Head Implant finalized. They have a level requirement of 40, so there's no need to rush if you're below that level area.

Certain NPCs may ask for DCFs or DCs and you can also always sell some to other players.
